The Dryden GM Ice Dogs are shaking their heads, after a 4-2 loss to the Norskies yesterday at the Dog Pound. Dryden has a win in five starts, as they head to Wisconsin to visit the Norskies this coming weekend.

Evan Walls and Curtis Magas scored for Dryden, but it wasn't enough. They gave up a shorthanded marker in the first, on a 2-0 break, before the Norskies added two more in the second for a 4-2 lead after 40 minutes.

The Ice Dogs got one back for a 4-3 deficit in the third, but that was as close as they would get. Thief River was two of five on the powerplay, while Dryden finished two for nine, which made the difference. Bailey Schmitz blocked 46 of 48 for the win.
