The Superior International Junior Hockey League season continues for the Dryden GM Ice Dogs tonight.

A mid-week game is in store for the Ice Dogs as they travel down to Fort Frances to take on the winless Lakers.

This is only the third meeting of the season between these two clubs with Dryden taking the first two outscoring the Lakers 13-2 in the process.

The last time these two teams met was back on September 24, 2021, where the Ice Dogs rolled to a 9-2 win.

Coming into tonight’s game Dryden comes in with a record of 4-3-1-0 and sits third in the league with 9 points four points back of second-place Red Lake.

The Lakers are looking for their first win of the season and sit last in the league with a record of 0-6-0-0.

Forward Maxime Collette will be leaned on to continue his hot offensive start as he leads the team in points with 12.

Puck drop will be at 7:30 p.m. at the Memorial Sports Centre and can be streamed on HockeyTV.
