Dryden Minor Hockey is in full swing for the 2021-2022 hockey season as registration for this season is underway.

Registration for all ages groups officially went live on August 23, 2021, and will end on September 30, 2021.

Shannon Hutchison President of DMH is looking forward for kids to finally return to the ice.

“We are excited to see them back on the ice, as well as we’re hoping that this season will look a little more normal than it did in the last year and a half. We’re still anticipating the possibility of tournaments, but at least the rules are a little more relaxed so that we can hopefully we can give them a more promising season this coming season,” said Hutchison

DMH will be starting their skills week on September 7, 2021, and any player registered is welcome to attend. Following the two-week skills week, DMH will be holding AA tryouts.

The regular season start date for DMH is scheduled for September 28, 2021.

The registration fee for each age group covers ice time fees, referee fees, insurance fees, and home tournament fees.

Yesterday, Hockey Northwestern Ontario announced they will moving to Stage 4 of the HNO Return to Hockey Framework. Stage 4 includes tournament sanctions, and traveling being allowed outside the hockey branch.
